30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the item.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund for eligible issues.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email support@tinyzo.store with your order number and the size or color you would like to receive.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. Your payment provider or bank may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
